The Husker athletic department finally gets that victory against that school in Austin. 91-79 at the Bob, women's basketball is now (15-0, 2-0) one of five unbeatens left.

Big game Sunday afternoon at Baylor. The NU ladies look like the real deal this year, hopefully the Lady Bears will have their team leader (Melissa Jones) back for that game, they looked lost vs OSU without her.

Tonight I get to watch Texas State WBB who scored 18 against the Lady Bears.

Huskers win by 9 @ Baylor.

First home loss for Baylor in 14 games.

First road win over a Top 10 team in school history for Huskers.

Doc should take notes.

Congrats to NU, they've got a very good team. Baylor is just not the same w/o their leader Melissa Jones, they seem really lost at times and have no outside threat. BU was 0-10 on 3's today while NU made 12 3's.

Also had 13,300 at the game.  If the two hoops teams keep up their current paces the women will probably end up with better attendance  :o

People still have to be compelled to go, this wasn't the first time they've done it.

NU hasn't played either Oklahoma school yet have they? I know OU and Osu are both tied for 2nd in the conference with 1 loss each.

I think that will change when they come to Norman. OU has Baylor first I belive but the Sooners just beat the Cowgirls by double digits in Stillwater today. Like in every other sport Nebraska has the much easier North schedule.

Well, that didn't seem to matter when the two teams met on the football field this year, did it?   ;)

Not to take anything away from OU's 11 point lead against OSU, but NU led by 24 at the half against OSU, and won by 21.

That is irrelevant when you destroy everyone you play. Nebraska beat OSU by 21........it was a 40 point lead at one point until the scrubs came in.  I think OU could beat NU, but NU very well could win as well.  Either way, NU will win the conference regular season most likely.  Already a 2 game lead on everyone.

No doubt NU will win it, as already stated they play in the North.
