No more games like that plsthnxkbai!

Great games by the Horns! They took advantage of our mistakes! We had almost everything go wrong and still won.

My heart can't stand anymore games like that one!

Here's an interesting case study to show our LSU pal.  An SEC fan would be rooting for the fellow SEC team to win the championship, whether they're a rival or not.  In the Big 12, there's no rooting for rival teams.  Texas-OU hate is alive and well!

I would root for every SEC team EXCEPT Alabama. The Tide bleuxs AFAIC.

I hate the color purple!

I strongly dislike Les Miles!

I can't stand the inbred fans that drunkingly get in my face and scream, "TIGER BAIT!" and "GEAUX TIGERS!"

However, I'll be rooting for them throughout the championship series!

Because puke orange is nastier than purple!

Mack Brown is a cry baby with yellow teeth!

We recruit more head-to-head with Texas!

Texas* tried to claim our 2008 Big XII title!

Plus, I'm a religious man. And the bible says, "I will cut off the horns of all the wicked.."   :P

Let me try this on, "TIGER BAIT!" "GEAUX TIGERS!"

man, I gotta go rinse my mouth out!

What mistakes? Allowing five solo homeruns, when your team is like a AL team who sits around for the three-run homerun. What went wrong? Trailing twice? LSU didn't make any errors they kept it close even with allowing five solo shots. It was a good game last night in steamy Omaha last night and just tip your hat to the other team.

Who are the Horns pitching tonight? LSU is probably going with the #3 starter, Austin Ross.

Kudos to both teams.  Game 1 was a classic.  The other two, ok, but game one was a game not to be missed.

Fitting that it went three.

Was a great series, between the best two clubs in the country. I'm glad it went LSU's way. I've been saying LSU had more pitching depth, and lo and behold.

Kudos to Texas on giving LSU it's first loss -ever- in a CWS championship game.

We'll be back!

Congrats to Lsu. I suppose the Chokehorns now know what it's like to lose a National Title game to an Sec team.  :'(

Funny you mentioned the weather, but the reason you didn't see our #2 pitcher Anthony Renaudo in the second game...not that he pitched all that great a third game...was because LSU coach Paul Mainieri saw how the weather affected our #1 pitcher Louis Coleman on short rest.

The most effective LSU pitchers were the ones who hadn't pitched much in the postseason. Nolan Cain, Chad Jones, and Matty Ott were comparatively fresh. Bradshaw just bombed.

Our guys were feeling it, too. Mahtook, for example, needed an IV for fluids during game one.

haha you never know what the weather in Omaha is going to be in June and what happened the first seven days were uncharacteristic of the weather were the last three days are a good example of how hot it usually is in June. I think playing the CWS a week ahead of where they usually do gave a different forecast than usual.

Lofl, OU went toe to toe with Florida and the Gators where lucky to be in the game at halftime. Came down to the last 2 minutes where it could of gone either way. How many runs did the Chokehorns loose by again?

SN1 not saying you can't but for baseball its odd your saying that UT choked when OU in the same sport couldn't get out of a regional they hosted as a national seed. But it was another close game last night until the team in the CWS with the most two out RBIs it seemed came through again. My early top five in no order are Texa$, LSU, Fullerton, Virginia, North Carolina

Well *Texas fans where quick to put the Chokelahoma lable on OU after the Sooners had a great showing in the NC game. Now that it's come full circle and *Texas has now lost an NC title to an Sec team I labeled them Chokehorns and now all of a sudden they dont' like it?!?!?
