I'm a game late on these picks, so I'm cheating a bit, but here it goes...
Cavs, Magic, Celtics, Hawks
Lakers, Nuggets, Mavs, Rockets
Cavs over Hawks
Magic over Celtics
Lakers over Rockets
Nuggets over Mavs
Cavs over Magic
Lakers over Nuggets
Cavs over Lakers
Pretty boring picks, I pretty much went by seed. The only thing that resembles an upset is the Mavs beating the Spurs and the Rockets beating the Blazers. I don't buy into the Blazers or Heat, they're too young. The Heat REALLY showed their youth in the first game against the Hawks. They're really not that good, people just get blinded by DWade's 50 point games, but in reality it's a terrible matchup for the Heat because Atlanta's D is tall and athletic enough to keep DWade from getting to the rim and forcing him to shoot jumpers, the rest of their cast isn't good enough to help him out. Similar story for Portland, they're too young and inexperienced. Beyond that, I think this is the most top heavy season in recent memory. It would be a major upset if the Lakers didn't reach the finals. In the east, there are 3 good teams, but one just got a lot worse with Garnett going down, Bulls are on upset watch IMO. Orlando can score the upset over Cleveland, but it would be a surprise still. Vegas has a Cleveland-LA finals as a less than even money bet.
