It's right across the street from Jerry World, so not a bad spot really.

I have a hunch about Kansas State tonight.  Sometimes you get a bowl game with one team who's really excited to be there and another team that's not.  I get the hunch that KSU will be fired up tonight!

The Cotton Bowl isn't a BCS bowl. Yet. But it's the closest thing to it.

It has two top 10 teams. Two BCS bowls can't say that. It's played in an 80,000-seat, shiny new venue that's widely considered the best football stadium in the country. It might very well be filled to the brim on Friday night, as it was in last year's game between Texas A&M and LSU.

I don't doubt but you think they have a giant open space for things like that but holding a pep rally at a ballpark is cool

Zimmerman having a great game so far. Ark scores a field goal after starting their drive in the red zone following a Klien fumble.

13-0 Hogs but its the K-State offense hurting them right now not the D and the punt return looked like a block in the back was missed.

I think they got away with a block in the back, right at midfield, on that one.
K-State has beaten itself with penalties, dropped passes, and catching a punt at our own 1 yard line.
Defense has been strong.

I thought the block was clean...looked to me like the blocker got #37 (I think that was his number) on the side and sent him flying.

19-9 at the half.  Arkansas looks to be the better team, but there's still plenty of time left.

Arkansas may be better. With K-State's errors, it's hard to say that edge is definitive. K-State has beaten several teams better than it this season. 19-9 and the ball to start the 2nd half puts the game back in reach.

I honestly didn't think K-State played that bad in the first half, the D kept them in the game where they had misfires on offense. Look at this first drive of the second half the wizard of the little apple has made adjustments. Kleinbadger with a TD

thought I saw two blocks in the back on the punt return...the first guy down looked like a clean block but the two behind didn't

KSU defense has been playing great minus the one long ball.

KSU offense looks like they have looked all year.  Pretty sporadic and inconsistent.

I don't know how they keep finding a way to win, but they do.  They are very much in this game.

Im just glad Im finally seeing a game where defense is being played. Its so much more entertaining to watch hard hitting defenses than just throwing the ball with little or no opposition.

There was no block in the back on Arkansas's punt return for a TD:

Former Vice President of Officiating in the National Football League and Current Rules Analyst at FOX Sports Mike Pereira said he watched all the blocks several times, and all blocks were legal.

I wish Fox carried more college game.  This crew does a great job.

Fox...not Fox Sports, which always comes across as a bit amateurish.
