I wonder if you Husker fans are thinking Big Ten baseball champs in 2012?

I think Indiana and Illinois may be a little further South.

I am skeptical NU will win with Anderson.  We severely miss Van Horn.

Darren Erstad is back with the team as a hitting coach.

I am not thinking Big 10 Champs, but at least a winning season and regional birth

I can see Erstad taking over in a few seasons for Anderson, but from what I've read it may not be the cake walk many of us Husker fans are hoping for. First off the whole travel rules of the BigTen may limit week day travel series, a few recruits have complained of not playing against some of the BigXII schools. In addition due to having to make your RPI high since the conf has been usually a one bid league that has to be considered. I like the Huskers chances but Indiana, Minnesota are forces to be reckon with.
