The #2 kicker by Chris Sailer.

He was ranked #2 out of the top 12 kickers in the state by one of the most notable kicking coaches in the nation.
This helps OU a great deal if he can become a good kicker, because OU's got 4 kickers on the roster(only 1 on scholarship) and none of them seem to be all that great

The fact this guy chose to walk-on amazes me. But he didn't have a lot of offers, so maybe it was just the best thing for him. And who knows, Stoops may have told him that next year, he gets a ship.
